This is a true hunting role, ideal for someone who enjoys identifying opportunities, opening doors and converting prospects into long-term customers. You'll have the autonomy to build your territory, manage the full sales cycle and directly influence your earning potential through your success. Key Responsibilities • Generate and win new business opportunities • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects • Manage the full sales process from prospecting to close • Develop relationships with key decision makers • Deliver presentations and commercial proposals • Negotiate and win new customer contracts • Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasts • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets About You • Proven success within business development or field sales • Experience within logistics, parcels, courier, fulfilment or e-commerce sectors is advantageous • Strong track record of winning new business • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Commercially driven and target-focused • Comfortable generating opportunities through proactive outreach • Full UK Driving Licence What's On Offer? • £50,000 - £60,000 basic salary • Realistic Year 1 OTE of £75,000+ • £6,000 annual car allowance • Fuel reimbursement • Quarterly performance bonuses • Additional £5,000 awards for top performers • Uncapped earning potential • Field-based flexibility • Long-term career progression Apply today to find out more about this exciting opportunity
