Logistics Manager

We are recruiting an experienced Logistics Manager to join a major construction project in Maidenhead with a value of approximately £60 million. This is a permanent role with an immediate start for the right person. Logistics Manager Role You will own the day-to-day logistics operation on site, making sure materials and deliveries land where they are needed, when they are needed, and without holding up the programme. Day to day you will be: * Planning and coordinating all deliveries to site * Booking in and scheduling incoming orders, and managing delivery slots * Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors and site teams * Monitoring incoming materials and chasing anything at risk of slipping * Resolving delivery and logistical issues before they become programme delays * Keeping accurate records and communicating clearly across the project team * Supporting the wider site team with day-to-day logistical requirements About You * Previous experience as a Logistics Manager, ideally on construction or major projects * Comfortable juggling multiple deliveries and competing priorities in a fast-paced site environment * Organised, proactive and confident dealing with suppliers and site teams * Strong communication and coordination skills What's on Offer for a Logistics Manager * Permanent, staff position on a £60m scheme * Salary of £60,000 – £65,000 depending on experience, plus package * Immediate start available * Key role within an established project team If you are an experienced Logistics Manager looking for a permanent move and available to start ASAP, apply now or get in touch for a confidential conversation
