Assembly Operative

Assembly Operative  £27,000 per annum 38 hours per week We are currently recruiting for Assembly Operatives to join a busy manufacturing business in Poole due to a significant increase in orders. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company. Duties for the successful Assembly Operative will include: Assembly of precision products and components Following detailed assembly instructions and procedures Carrying out quality checks throughout the assembly process Maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail Working as part of a team to meet production targetsWhat we're looking for in the Assembly Operative: Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred Good hand dexterity and attention to detail Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift A positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable and committed individuals with a strong work ethicWe are also keen to hear from candidates with transferable skills from other industries who are practical, quick to learn and able to follow detailed processes.
