Shift Production Manager - Healthcare

Shift Production Manager Permanent position  SE England  Our SE based client develop and manufacture a range of Healthcare products, they are currently recruiting for a shift-based Production Manager. Duties for this role will include : Ensuring production timelines run smoothly and efficiently Acting as site manufacturing lead when working day or night shifts Utilising software tools to keep up to date with deadlines and drive efficiencies across the team and delivery Responsibility for both shift team members during shift hours and out-of-hours staff Ensuring training records are maintained / updated for staff, escalating training needs as and when required Implementing Lean manufacturing strategies to support project improvements Liaising with onsite shift based engineering teams Ensuring standards are maintained within the team, time keeping , quality , behaviour Understanding key / critical changes to work flow and ensuring fluent communication within a busy , high throughput manufacturing environment Woking on both dedicated day and night shifts including weekend work This role could suit someone who has previous experience of working in a busy GMP / Healthcare manufacturing environment with experience of leading medium - large shift operations / manufacturing teams This is a permanent opportunity offering an attractive salary, depending on skills and experience.    To apply please contact (url removed) or call (phone number removed)  Role : Permanent Location : SE England
