Salary: £31,000-£35,000 DOE Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Holiday: 22 days plus bank holidays We are currently recruiting for an experienced Parts Advisor to join an established employer within the automotive sector. This is a varied role suited to someone with previous parts experience who is confident dealing with customers, supporting workshop colleagues and keeping on top of stock and orders. You'll be joining a busy team where organisation, attention to detail and a positive approach are essential. The Role Your responsibilities will include: Processing parts orders and invoices Allocating and issuing parts for workshop jobs Maintaining accurate stock levels Supporting technicians with parts requirements Liaising with internal departments Handling telephone and face-to-face customer enquiries Trade and retail parts sales Delivering parts to customers when required Completing associated administration Using parts and stock management systems Supporting the wider team with day-to-day duties About You We're looking for someone who: Has previous parts experience, ideally within the automotive sector Is confident dealing with customers and colleagues Is organised, methodical and reliable Has strong attention to detail Can manage competing priorities and deadlines Is comfortable using Microsoft Office and other computer systems Has experience with ADP/Kerridge or similar systems - desirable Has a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team What's on Offer £31,000-£35,000 salary, depending on experience Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm 22 days' holiday plus bank holidays Ongoing training and development A varied role within an established automotive employer If you're an experienced Parts Advisor looking for your next opportunity, we'd be keen to hear from you
