We are seeking an experienced Aggregates Production Manager to join an established and growing building materials manufacturer. This is a fantastic opportunity to take responsibility for multiple production sites, leading operational performance, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring the highest standards of health & safety, quality, and customer service. You will oversee the safe, efficient and profitable operation of four production sites across Kent and Sussex. Leading a small team across different site, you will play a key role in developing site teams, improving productivity and delivering operational excellence across the region.
