Customer Service Advisor – Milton Keynes Location: Bletchley, Milton Keynes Salary: £12.71 per hou Hours: Monday–Friday 8:00-17:00 or 9:00-18:00 every other Saturday from 8:00-13:00 We’re Hiring – Customer Service Advisor Are you an experienced customer service professional who enjoys helping customers, solving problems and working in a fast-paced environment? We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a friendly, customer-focused team based in Bletchley, Milton Keynes. About the Role As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and ensuring enquiries and issues are dealt with quickly and professionally. Your duties will include: * Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and ticketing systems * Handling and resolving customer issues and complaints * Managing customer orders, queries, returns and repairs * Assisting with parcel tracking and delivery enquiries * Providing a high standard of customer service at all times * Working with internal teams to resolve customer issues * Supporting customer feedback and helping improve products and services * Assisting with Amazon Seller platforms and customer tickets * Creating and maintaining customer support information where required What We’re Looking For The successful candidate will have: * Previous customer service experience * Experience using Amazon Seller platforms * Experience handling and resolving customer tickets and enquiries * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong problem-solving and organisational skills * A positive, professional and customer-focused attitude * Good attention to detail and the ability to multitask * The confidence to handle customer complaints calmly and professionally * Knowledge of power tools would be a great advantage Working Hours Monday–Friday: • 8:00am–5:00pm or 9:00am–6:00pm Every other Saturday: • 8:00am–1:00pm What’s on Offer? * £12.71 per hour * Opportunity to join a growing and customer-focused team * Full-time hours with a consistent schedule Interested?
