Production Operative / Machine Minder 💰 £13.19 per hour | 40 hours per week 📍 Ickburgh, just outside Mundford 🕐 Monday-Friday | 2pm-10pm We are currently looking for a reliable and practical Production Operative / Machine Minder to join our team at our Ickburgh site. If you have experience operating machinery, enjoy practical work and are confident dealing with basic faults and problems, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Be Doing Setting up and maintaining production equipment Carrying out basic preventative maintenance Looking after changeover parts and spares Recording downtime and repairs alongside the maintenance team Using basic hand tools Keeping your area running safely and efficiently Working independently and taking ownership of your area Risk assessing tasks as required What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Experienced in machine operation Practical and confident with basic fault finding Comfortable using hand tools Reliable, hardworking and safety conscious Able to work independently and as part of a team Task-focused, with good attention to detail Positive and willing to get stuck in Comfortable working in a busy production environment Able to lift up to 25kg when requiredBasic Food Hygiene and Health & Safety knowledge is required, but training can be provided where appropriate. The Details 💰 £13.19 per hour to start ⏰ 40 hours per week 📅 Monday-Friday 🕐 2pm-10pm 📍 Ickburgh, just outside Mundford Very occasional weekend working may be required. Overtime is paid at double time after completion of weekly contractual hours. Interested?
