Pipelayer (Water Orton, B46 1DZ) – Fulltime A chance to work on the largest Infrastructure project in the UK, spanning over the next 5-7 years (HS2) PAYE basis Pay rate: £21.29 per hour Paid Holidays: 30 days per year (including bank holidays) Must Have: - CSCS Green/Blue - Experience with deep drainage - Full understanding of all aspects and responsibilities of a Drainage/Pipelayer - Experienced deep drainage operatives - Carry out any tasks assigned by overseeing operatives/Foreman with regards to safety working to method - You will need to able to work, use, and set up Trench Boxes, Benching to all manhole boxes, Drag Boxes, Manhole Boxes, Trench sheets & framing ,Use pipe lasers -Lay concrete, clay & plastic pipes – all sizes - depths varying from 1 meter deep to 5 meter’s deep - Ensuring pipes are laid to correct levels on correct bed/surround – tested & backfilled to proper specification Overtime: Monday – Friday - Time and a third after 10 hours Nights – Time and a third Sat & Sunday and night all hours –Time and a half Pension Training and upskilling provided Safe working environment Secure regular income So, if you want to work for a main contractor that cares about their tradesperson, then this is your opportunity to apply and join the project now!
