Job Title: Valuation Surveyor / Senior Surveyor / Associate Director – Loan Security Valuation (Commercial/Residential Property) Location: London Salary: £50,000-£70,000 + market-leading commission (30%+) Job Type: Permanent, Full Time A leading global real estate consultancy is hiring a Valuation Surveyor, Senior Surveyor or Associate for its loan security valuation team, covering commercial property valuation with some residential exposure. This is a high-volume, fast-paced RICS Red Book valuation role within a global brand, offering a strong pipeline of instructions, repeat client work, and a market-leading commission structure. Ideal for an MRICS-qualified Valuation Surveyor (Registered Valuer preferred) with experience in lending / loan security valuations, who wants their output to directly drive earnings.
