Design Manager

My client is a regional main contractor specialising in multi-million new build projects across the health and education sectors. They are currently seeking a freelance Design Manager for a new build £22m commercial scheme near to Birmingham The successful design manager will have 5 years main contractor experience and project experience up to £20m in value.
