Financial Controller | Derbyshire | Up to £60,000 + Benefits We're recruiting on behalf of a successful international business seeking an experienced Financial Controller to play a key role in strengthening financial reporting, controls and overall business performance. Reporting into senior finance leadership, you'll take ownership of core financial control activities while partnering with stakeholders across the business to provide insight, challenge and support informed decision-making. The Opportunity This is a broad and visible role offering exposure across: Financial control and governance Monthly management reporting Budgeting and forecasting Cashflow and working capital management Audit and statutory compliance Systems and process improvement Commercial finance support and business partneringYou'll be joining a growing organisation where finance is valued as a key contributor to business success and continuous improvement. What We're Looking For We're keen to speak with qualified or qualified-by-experience finance professionals who can demonstrate: Previous Financial Controller, Finance Manager, Senior Management Accountant or similar experience Strong technical accounting and reporting knowledge Experience of month-end and year-end processes Budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management expertise Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills A proactive approach to improving processes and controlsWe're particularly interested in candidates with experience operating in multi-entity or international businesses. Exposure to group consolidations would be highly beneficial, although not essential. Experience gained within manufacturing, engineering, technology or other operationally focused environments would be advantageous. Why Apply?
