He enjoys getting out into the community, going for walks, baking and arts and crafts, making this a rewarding role for someone who can bring a fun and positive approach to his care. Your Role as a Female Healthcare Assistant ✔ Support community activities and social outings ✔ Administer medication safely ✔ Provide personal care with dignity and respect ✔ Support nutrition and hydration needs ✔ Promote independence and wellbeing ✔ Monitor and respond to health and support needs What You'll Need Minimum 3 months' care experience Experience with medication administration Confident with personal care and moving & handling Strong communication skills Pet friendly Important Female applicants only – this is a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with the individual's care needs.
