Supported Living Manager. Service Manager. Learning Disabilities. Autism. Mental Health. Complex Care. Southampton, Hampshire. (Not CQC Registered Manager) *possible temp - perm* IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE for an initial 3 month fixed term contract for an experienced Care Manager/Service Manager to oversee a high quality supported living & outreach service for adults with complex needs, including learning disabilities, autism, mental health and physical disabilities. It needs someone who is passionate about quality person-centred care, and knows how to motivate teams through mentoring, recognition, supporting and developing those around you. You'll be able to hit the ground running and quickly make decisions to ensure the services are the best they can be. Your experience could be from supported living, mental health, or other areas of complex care, as long as you have a full understanding of CQC regulations, quality and compliance, and have experience of working with adults with complex needs. Whilst this is a fixed term contract, there is a good possibility of going permanent in due course, although there is no definite expectation of long term commitment if you are only interested on an interim basis.
