Mechanical Construction Manager – Central London Excellent Career Progression Irwin Recruitment is partnering with a leading M&E contractor to recruit a Mechanical Construction Manager for a portfolio of prestigious Cat A & Cat B commercial fit-out projects across Central London. With a strong pipeline of secured work, this is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business delivering some of London's most impressive commercial developments. The Role You'll take ownership of the mechanical delivery on fast-paced commercial fit-out projects, managing site teams and subcontractors while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest standards. We're Looking For * Experience delivering mechanical building services projects. * Cat A & Cat B commercial fit-out experience. * Strong knowledge of mechanical installations and building services. * Excellent communication and leadership skills. * SMSTS and CSCS preferred.
