They are seeking multiple Trainee Machine Operator's to join their growing team on a early shift, day shift or late shift. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in placing components on to PCB boards through SMT Machinery (training provided) Benefits of the Trainee Machine Operator: * Free onsite parking * Bi-annual bonus scheme * 25 days holiday + BH * Company Christmas Closure * Birthday gift vouchers * Discounts to high street retailers and more through Perkbox * Life Assurance * Sick Pay The role of Trainee Machine Operator: * Running a Surface Mount Machine line to production schedule * Interpret documentation including parts lists, drawings * Follow documented procedures. * Preventative maintenance tasks and general housekeeping of the work area. * Ensure all work carried out is completed to specified levels of acceptable workmanship. * Adhere to the Health and Safety requirements and regulations Experience of the Trainee Machine Operator: * Computer literate * Good attention to detail * Experience in a manufacturing industry (advantageous) * Experience with industrial machinery (advantageous) * Any form of electronics qualification (advantageous)
