Structural Welder

Welder We are recruiting for a Welder to work for our client who are located on the outskirts of Huddersfield, near Shelley area , West Yorkshire. THE DUTIES OF A Welder: * Stainless steel welding * Fabricate and weld structural steel (girders/ trusses / Frames) * Read Engineering drawings * Coded Welding would be an advantage to: Perform high-standard welds following strict weld procedures and quality standards (such as BS EN ISO 9606-1). ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCES & SKILLS: * Minimum 5 years' experience working within a engineering environment * Excellent communication skills * Proven background as a structural plater welder, ideally within heavy engineering or structural steel THE HOURS: The hours are 40 hours Monday – Thursday 7am – 4pm / Friday 7am-1pm Overtime on Saturday mornings THE PAY: You will earn an hourly rate of between £16-18 depending on skill and experience Annual leave is 33 days in total with 21 to take as required and 12 factory shut down.
