Civils Chargehand / Supervisor

We are currently looking for a Civils Chargehand / Supervisor. You will be working in Bodmin. Monday - Friday 45 hours per week Perm Contract Salary between - £37,175 – £42,656 per annum Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and supervise a small team (up to 6 operatives) 2. Deliver high-quality civils work (kerbing, drainage, hand-laid tarmac) 3. Plan and coordinate plant, materials, and daily site activities 4. Conduct briefings and maintain accurate records 5. Ensure compliance with RAMS and safe working practices 6. Read and interpret utility drawings and plans Essential: 1. CSCS Card, NRSWA Operative 2. Full UK Driving Licence (LGV desirable) 3.
