Customer Care Coordinator – Major House Builder Location: Sunderland Hours: Monday – Friday Type: Full-time, Permanent A major house builder is looking for an experienced Customer Care Coordinator to join their team in Sunderland. The role will involve coordinating customer care enquiries, managing and prioritising jobs, liaising with homeowners, site teams and contractors, arranging appointments, monitoring outstanding works and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and to a high standard.
