Site Manager – Roofing Refurbishment Location: Woolwich, South East London Start Date: 24th August 2026 Duration: 18 weeks Project: Warehouse Roofing Refurbishment We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee an 18-week roofing refurbishment project on a warehouse in Woolwich. The Role * Manage the day-to-day running of the site * Oversee roofing refurbishment works and subcontractors * Coordinate site activities and ensure the programme is maintained * Ensure health & safety standards are adhered to * Monitor quality and progress of works * Liaise with the client and other project stakeholders * Manage site paperwork, RAMS, inductions and daily records Requirements * Previous experience as a Site Manager * Experience working on roofing or refurbishment projects * Strong knowledge of health & safety procedures * SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid * Good communication and organisational skills * Able to manage subcontractors and work to programme The project is due to run for 18 weeks, with potential for further work afterwards for the right candidate.
