Repairs Supervisor

Location: North London Salary: £17.84 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm Contract: Temp to Perm Working Arrangement: Office and Site based Nuco Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Supervisor to join a busy Social Housing contractor based in London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience within social housing, repairs, maintenance or disrepair who is confident managing a high-volume workload and coordinating operatives to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and within agreed timescales. Role and Responsibilites * Supervise the day-to-day delivery of responsive repairs, voids, planned and/or cyclical maintenance as required. * Allocate and monitor work to repairs operatives and contractors. * Ensure repairs are completed within relevant service standards, targets and contractual timescales. * Monitor the quality of completed works and undertake inspections where required. * Identify recurring repairs, defects and property issues and escalate appropriately. * Ensure outstanding works, follow-on repairs and remedial works are effectively managed. * Support the delivery of void property works to agreed turnaround times and quality standards. * Liaise with contractors, suppliers, residents and internal teams to resolve repair issues.
