Maintenance & Repairs: Carry out minor DIY repairs (e.g., changing light bulbs, fixing fixtures) and coordinate with contractors for major works. Upkeep & Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness in communal areas and tend to basic groundskeeping (sweeping paths, managing waste).
