With projects ranging from high-end listed buildings to varied residential portfolios across Central London, you'll gain hands-on experience in core building surveying services including: Contract administration (projects up to £3.5m) Insurance reinstatement work Condition & planned maintenance surveys Defect analysis and diagnosis Party wall matters & licence to alter Pre-acquisition surveys Project management and employer’s agent roles  Why Join?
