Senior Quantity Surveyor – Residential Apartments | Preston We’re currently working with a well-established main contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of a high-quality residential apartment scheme in Preston. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with a strong pipeline of residential developments across the North West. The Role * Commercial management of a residential apartment project from start to final account * Procurement and management of subcontract packages * Cost reporting, forecasting and budget control * Managing valuations, variations and subcontract payments * Preparing and agreeing final accounts * Working closely with operational teams to ensure commercial targets are achieved * Supporting the wider commercial team where required What We’re Looking For * Previous experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a main contractor or residential developer * Strong background delivering residential apartment schemes * Experience managing projects from pre-construction through to completion * Good knowledge of JCT contracts * Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills * Ability to work collaboratively with site and project teams * Degree qualified or equivalent (preferred) The Offer * Competitive salary and package * Long-term career opportunity * Strong pipeline of North West projects * Supportive and established commercial team
