Mobile M&E Maintenance Technician

We are looking for an experienced Mobile M&E Maintenance Technician to carry out maintenance works across residential and commercial properties. Duties: Planned and reactive maintenance. Electrical fault finding and repairs. Minor plumbing and general building maintenance. Carry out inspections and make-safe works. Complete maintenance reports. Work closely with tenants, clients, and contractors. Requirements Essential: City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Qualification (or equivalent). Minimum 5 years' experience within electrical maintenance, building services, or facilities maintenance Experience carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance. Experience working within commercial and/or residential occupied buildings. Preferred 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671). Experience with CAFM systems. Health & Safety, First Aid, or Fire Safety training. Full UK Driving Licence. Benefits: 23 days holiday. Travel expenses covered (Zones 1–3). Tools and uniform provided
