My Client is looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant or Senior Consultant to join their well-established Southend industrial team. What's on offer? Hit the ground running with a small warm desk of existing clients and vacancies, while growing your own portfolio. You'll be: * Developing new industrial business through proactive sales. * Managing and growing client accounts. * Recruiting, interviewing, and placing industrial candidates. * Delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates. * Building lasting relationships that generate repeat business. We're looking for: * Previous recruitment experience (360 preferred) or a strong recruitment background ready for a Senior Consultant role. * A commercial mindset with a passion for winning new business. * Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills. * Drive, resilience, and the ambition to grow your career.
