M&E Commissioning Manager – London

Salter Grange is recruiting an experienced M&E Commissioning Manager for a leading Tier 1 contractor delivering major, technically complex projects in London. You’ll lead the planning, coordination and delivery of M&E commissioning, taking systems from pre-commissioning through testing, validation and final handover. Key Responsibilities * Lead M&E commissioning across the project * Coordinate subcontractors, specialist commissioning teams and project stakeholders * Manage testing, commissioning and handover activities * Witness testing and review commissioning documentation * Support commissioning RAMS and quality inspections * Coordinate commissioning with other trades * Resolve issues and ensure deficiencies are closed out * Maintain commissioning and handover documentation * Ensure all commissioning activities meet EHS and quality requirements * Report progress to the Project Director and key stakeholders About You * Previous M&E commissioning experience on large-scale construction projects * Data centre / mission-critical experience highly desirable * Mechanical or Electrical qualification * Strong knowledge of Cx and commissioning processes * Experience managing subcontractors and multiple stakeholders * Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills * Accountable, proactive and quality-focused This is a great opportunity to join an established Tier 1 contractor with a strong pipeline of complex projects and genuine long-term career opportunities.
