Discipline: Quantity Surveyor Location: Bicester Starting: ASAP Duration: Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 17:00 PAYE Pay Rates: Competitive salary up to £65,000 per annum (DOE) Benefits package included The Role: Integrate Engineering Resources are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor on a permanent basis for a leading residential groundworks and civil engineering contractor within their Southern Region. The successful candidate will manage the commercial side of residential groundworks projects, helping to keep projects on budget and running smoothly. Duties include preparing budgets and valuations, monitoring project costs, carrying out regular site visits, managing subcontractor accounts and payments, assisting with final accounts, preparing forecasts, and working closely with clients, suppliers and site teams. Requirements: * Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within residential groundworks, civil engineering or a similar construction environment. * Strong commercial and financial management skills. * Experience preparing valuations, cost reports and forecasts. * Ability to manage subcontractor procurement and commercial accounts. * Excellent communication and organisational skills. * Full UK driving licence
