SITE MANAGER – RETROFIT & DECARBONISATION Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 per annum Company Vehicle Provided Temporary to Permanent We are currently recruiting an experienced Site Manager to join a well established property maintenance company delivering retrofit, energy-efficiency, planned maintenance and decarbonisation projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager with a background in social housing, refurbishment and planned maintenance. The Role You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard. Key responsibilities will include: Managing site operations, labour and subcontractors Overseeing retrofit and energy-efficiency works Managing planned maintenance and refurbishment programmes Supporting the delivery of decarbonisation projects Coordinating labour, materials and plant Monitoring quality, progress and programme performance Ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements Liaising with clients, residents, subcontractors and project teams Completing site inspections, RAMS and progress reports Identifying and resolving issues on site Ensuring works are completed to specification and programme Ideally, you will have: Previous experience as a Site Manager or similar Strong construction, refurbishment or planned maintenance experience Experience in retrofit, energy efficiency or decarbonisation projects is desirable Good knowledge of health and safety and construction regulations Strong organisational and communication skills Experience managing subcontractors and multiple workstreams SMSTS CSCS First Aid Full UK driving licence Package £55,000 – £60,000 salary Company vehicle provided Temporary to permanent opportunity Long-term career opportunity with an established and growing contractor Simply apply to be considered for the role
