Warehouse Operative - Packing Line Location: Portbury, Bristol Pay Rate: £15.97 per hour (up to 40 hours) | £23.95 per hour (overtime after 40 hours) Shifts: Monday to Friday Hours: Rotating shifts Week 1: 06:00 - 14:00 Week 2: 14:00 - 22:00 About the Role We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join our client's busy food production site in Portbury, Bristol. Working at the end of the production packing line, your main responsibility will be stacking 25kg bags onto pallets ready for dispatch. You will also be required to move finished pallets to the goods-out area using LLOP trucks, if you don't have previous LLOP experience, training will be provided. This is a physically demanding and fast-paced role, ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work and staying active throughout their shift. Key Responsibilities Stacking 25kg bags onto pallets safely and efficiently Operating LLOP trucks to transport goods to the dispatch area Working as part of a busy packing and warehouse team Following all site health and safety procedures Maintaining a clean and organised work area Requirements Previous warehouse experience is essential Previous LLOP truck experience is required Own transport (car or motorbike) is essential due to the site's location and limited public transport access Ability to lift and handle 25kg bags throughout the shift A strong work ethic and positive attitude Health and safety conscious Reliable, punctual, and able to work rotating shifts What We Offer Competitive pay rates Overtime available at enhanced rates Full-time, ongoing work Opportunity to work for a leading food production business Supportive and friendly working environmentIf you have the required warehouse and LLOP experience, your own transport, and are comfortable with manual handling and lifting 25kg bags, we'd love to hear from you.
