We are looking for an Interim Manager in Glasgow. This role offers a competitive daily rate ranging from £350 to £500 and inside IR35. You'll have the chance to work within a residential and nursing home in Glasgow. As an Interim Manager, you will: - Oversee the nursing home, ensuring high standards of care. - Manage and lead a team of healthcare professionals. - Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. - Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs. - Liaise with families and other healthcare providers to coordinate care. - Provide training and support to staff on specialised care techniques.
