AC Engineer (Static) Tottenham, North London  £48.000 - £50,000 Brand new opportunity for an AC Engineer (Static) to work on a brilliant contract based in North London! Join a growing building service provider who are expanding rapidly, well known for progressing their engineers and offer valuable career experience. As an AC Engineer (Static), you will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on a variety of HVAC systems, troubleshoot / fault find, carry out relevant repairs, respond to emergencies and ensure the client is satisfied with the service provided. AC Engineer (Static) Duties: Deliver both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across HVAC plant and building services Diagnose faults and maintain a broad range of HVAC systems, including VRV/VRF air conditioning units Monitor and control environmental conditions via BMS systems Identify and mitigate risks to plant and equipment, including management of critical spare parts Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of preventative maintenance programmes Maintaining Chillers AC Engineer (Static) Requirements: Level 2 minimum within Heating, ventilation and air conditioning  F-Gas (Essential) At least 3 years experience within commercial building services  Client facing  Ability to manage site logbooks  Full UK Driving License  Salary and Package: £48,000 - £50,000 Private healthcare provided Company pension scheme  25 days annual leave + Bank holidays Parking on site  Overtime available  Internal progression  On-going training
