Location: Gloucester Pay: £14.50 to £15 per hour DoE Guaranteed Hours: Minimum 8 hours paid per shift Start Date: ASAP Job Type: Temp to Perm We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking 7.5T Driver to join our client based in Gloucester. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for long-term, ongoing work with the potential to secure a permanent position. Working Hours * Monday to Friday * Start time around 6:00am * Typically 10-hour shifts, although finish times may vary depending on the route * Minimum 8 hours paid per shift * 45-minute unpaid break each day The Role * Driving a company van to complete deliveries across designated routes * Approximately 10 drops per day * Loading your own vehicle before departure * Manual handling and lifting of goods as part of daily duties * Ensuring deliveries are completed safely and professionally Requirements * Experience driving a 7.5T vehicle essential * Full UK Driving Licence * Valid CPC and Tacho card * Maximum of 6 penalty points (depending on offence code) * Physically fit and capable of manual handling due to the nature of the role * Reliable, punctual and customer-focused What's On Offer? * £14.50 to £15 per hour depending on experience * Minimum 8 hours paid per shift * Ongoing work with a genuine temp-to-perm opportunity * Weekly pay for the first 12 weeks * Monthly pay once taken on permanently * Monday to Friday work – no weekends * Immediate interviews available this week
