Production Operative – Immediate Start Location: Wednesbury Pay: £12.71–£12.81 per hour Hours: 07:00–15:00 Industrial Recruitment Solutions Ltd (IRS) is recruiting Production Operatives for a busy manufacturing company based in Wednesbury. This hands-on role involves building and assembling products using a variety of power tools. We’re looking for practical, reliable candidates who are comfortable working accurately in a fast-paced production environment. Key responsibilities * Building and assembling products * Using hand and power tools safely * Measuring materials accurately * Reading a tape measure confidently * Converting centimetres into millimetres * Checking completed products for quality * Keeping the work area clean and safe Essential requirements * Previous production, assembly or manufacturing experience * Confidence using power tools * The ability to read a tape measure accurately * A good understanding of measurements, including converting cm to mm * A reliable attitude and strong attention to detail Interested?
