Job Title: Upholsterer Location: Telford Salary: DOE Hours: Monday – Friday 07:30-16:30 (Early finish on a Friday) Contract: Temp-to-Perm   About the Role We’re recruiting a skilled Upholsterer to join a growing furniture manufacturing team. You’ll be responsible for upholstering a variety of products, from frames to finished pieces, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship and finish.    Key Responsibilities Upholstering furniture frames using foams, fabrics, leathers, and trims Cutting materials to size using hand and power tools Fitting webbing, springs, padding, and coverings Completing repairs, refurbishments, and re‑upholstery work Working to production schedules and quality standards Maintaining tools and reporting any issues  What We’re Looking For Proven upholstery experience (traditional or modern techniques) Confident using pneumatic staple guns, cutting tools, and upholstery equipment Strong craftsmanship and attention to detail Ability to read job sheets and follow instructions Good physical stamina and manual handling capability  Benefits Long‑term, secure role Skilled, supportive workshop team Training on specialist techniques Free parking / modern workshop facilities  If you’re interested, apply now or contact Ellie in our Telford branch
