WORKING FOREMAN / PROJECT SUPERVISOR LOCATION: DARTFORD, DA1 CONTRACT DURATION: 8 WEEKS DAY RATE: £260 PER DAY We are looking for an experienced Freelance Working Foreman to join an established project team on a new office fit out scheme in Dartford, DA1 The ideal candidate will have a Carpentry or Electrical background and will play a hands-on role in supporting the site team. The primary responsibility will be working alongside the project team and managing a £300k office fit out from start to completion while maintaining the highest standards of health and safety. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and support site operations while remaining hands-on. * Assist with the safe removal of an external steel staircase. * Maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance. * Communicate effectively with the site team and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently. Requirements * Proven experience as a Working Foreman or Site Foreman. * Carpentry or Electrical background (Preferred). * Valid CSCS card. * SSSTS or SMSTS certification. * First Aid at Work qualification. * Own tools. * Strong practical, hands-on experience and the ability to lead by example. * Excellent communication and organisational skills.
