Interim Health & Safety Manager

Interim Health & Safety Manager Banbury 4-6 month fixed-term contract Up to £65,000 Interim Health & Safety Manager for a large food manufacturing site in Banbury, employing over 400 people across food production, logistics and head office functions. The role will provide day-to-day leadership of the Health & Safety function, including supporting operational managers, maintaining appropriate controls and processes, managing incidents and investigations, overseeing risk assessments and ensuring compliance actions are followed through. The priority is to provide stability, continuity and practical H&S leadership across a busy 24/7 operation, while recommending sensible improvements where appropriate. Experience required for this Health & Safety Manager role: * Previous Health & Safety management experience within food manufacturing * NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent-level qualification would be ideal but not essential. * Experience operating within a busy 24/7 production environment * The ability to get up to speed quickly and work confidently with operational stakeholders.
