About the Role Our client is seeking two reliable Van Loaders to join their busy freezer warehouse operation in Bristol. Working through the night, you'll be responsible for accurately loading frozen goods from the freezer into delivery vans ahead of early morning dispatch, ensuring stock is loaded safely, efficiently and in line with delivery schedules. Key Responsibilities * Loading frozen goods from freezer storage into vans ready for despatch * Checking orders against picking notes/manifests for accuracy * Ensuring goods are loaded safely and securely to prevent damage in transit * Working efficiently to meet tight loading deadlines ahead of the 6am despatch * Maintaining cold chain standards — minimising time freezer doors are open and goods are out of temperature-controlled storage * Reporting any stock discrepancies, damages or quality issues * Keeping the loading area clean, tidy and organised * Following all manual handling and health & safety procedures What We're Looking For * Previous warehouse, loading, or logistics experience preferred (not essential) * Comfortable working in a freezer/cold storage environment * Able to work night shifts, 00:00am starts. * Physically fit — role involves manual handling and repetitive lifting * Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a small team * Good attention to detail for order accuracy * Own transport an advantage due to shift timing What's on Offer * Competitive hourly rate * Immediate start available * Ongoing night shift work with our client * Full training and freezer-suitable PPE provided * 8 hours guaranteed shifts If you're looking for steady night work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, we'd love to hear from you
