SMSTS site manager holiday cover for New Malden

An experienced SMSTS site manager is required asap for up to 3 weeks holiday cover in New Malden KT3. Duties include overseeing work progress and day-to-day activities on a residential fit-out, and the subsequent actioning and delegation of activities as required. The role involves liaison between the project team, site supervisors and subcontractors, and as such requires proven relevant experience, first-class communications skills and record keeping, and the ability to work with commitment from a standing start. Other essential requirements are a valid SMSTS qualification/First Aid/Asbestos Awareness/Manual Handling/Working at Heights. There is also the scope for further works with a leading London main contractor
