ESOL Tutor - Liverpool The Opportunity Prospero Teaching is recruiting ESOL Tutors to provide individualised English language tuition to learners across Liverpool. You'll work with students from a range of backgrounds, helping them improve their English communication skills and become more confident in speaking, listening, reading and writing. Lessons will be adapted around each learner's current ability and objectives, making this an ideal role for a flexible and encouraging tutor. Position Details * Location: Liverpool * Position: ESOL Tutor * Hours: 5-15 hours per week (flexible) * Start Date: September 2026 * Duration: Ongoing Experience, Training and Qualifications Applicants should ideally have: * Previous experience delivering ESOL or English language tuition * CELTA, DELTA, TEFL/TESOL, QTS, PGCE or equivalent * Excellent communication skills * The ability to create engaging and accessible lessons To be eligible, you must: * Hold the Right to Work in the UK * Hold an enhanced DBS registered with the Update Service, or be willing to obtain one * Provide two professional references Apply Now If you enjoy helping learners develop their English and gain confidence in everyday communication, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
