Binding Operative – Night Shifts (3 Days per Week) We are currently recruiting for a Binding Operative to join the team at a leading book manufacturer. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role within the Binding Department, where you'll operate and monitor binding machinery used to produce high-quality books. You'll be responsible for monitoring production processes, carrying out quality checks, and ensuring all finished products meet the required standards. Key Responsibilities: * Operating and monitoring binding machinery * Monitoring production processes to maximise efficiency * Carrying out quality checks on finished products * Ensuring products meet company quality standards * Working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment * Maintaining a clean and safe working area * Being able to stand for long periods of time throughout the shift Shift Pattern: * 12-hour shifts – 6pm-6am * 3 days per week * Includes 1–2 Saturdays per month, depending on the rota If you're reliable, have a keen eye for detail, are comfortable standing for extended periods, and enjoy working in a busy manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you
