Assembler Tester

Assembler Tester Location: Stroud Hours: 38.75 hours per week We are currently recruiting for an Assembler Tester to join a well-established and reputable company based in Stroud. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary, excellent working conditions, and long-term career prospects. Key Responsibilities of the Assembler Tester: * Perform mechanical assembly of products using a variety of tools and assembly aids * Operate high-pressure test cells to carry out product testing * Assemble and test products in accordance with specified procedures, without deviation * Ensure high-quality standards, maintaining product cleanliness and preventing damage during handling * Support 5S and safety practices across the assembly and testing processes * Monitor build and test cycle times to align with costed estimates and report any discrepancies * Carry out additional duties within the Assembly Department as required * Maintain cleanliness and functionality of test equipment and assembly tools Key Skills & Experience: * Previous experience in mechanical assembly, build, or fitting * Competent in using a range of workshop tools and equipment * Good attention to detail and commitment to quality * Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team Benefits: * Competitive hourly rate + shift allowance * Early finish every Friday * Company pension scheme * Sick pay * A supportive and friendly working environment
