Site Manager – Planned Maintenance (Roofing) Location: West London Salary: Up to £65,000 + Excellent Package Project: Grand Union Roofs & Balconies / Green Roofs Contract Value: £6m over 18 months We are working with a well-respected, established planned maintenance contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality refurbishment projects across London and the South East. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to lead a flagship roofing project in West London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business known for its strong client relationships, excellent staff retention, and consistent pipeline of work. The Project You'll be responsible for managing a £6m, 18-month roofing programme delivering roof replacements, balconies, and green roof installations across occupied residential properties within the Grand Union development. Responsibilities * Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. * Manage subcontractors, site teams, and suppliers. * Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures. * Liaise with the client, residents, and project stakeholders. * Monitor programme progress, quality, and productivity. * Carry out site inspections, toolbox talks, and progress meetings. * Maintain accurate site records and reporting. Requirements * Proven experience as a Site Manager within planned maintenance or refurbishment. * Strong background delivering roofing projects is essential. * Experience working on occupied residential schemes. * Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills. * SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications. * Must have your own car and be able to travel across East London sites.
