Job Description: We are seeking experienced Band 5 Registered Nurses to join our team for a full-time, continuous job across Dorchester. Key Responsibilities: Providing compassionate care to individuals Managing patient assessments, care plans, and reviews Working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams, including doctors, social workers, and psychologists Administering medication and monitoring patient progress Requirements: Valid NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registration as a Registered Nurse Previous experience working in an NHS hospital setting is ideal Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to commit to a full-time weekday schedule
