PFI Asset Performance Manager Location: North West (Preston & Greater Manchester) | Hybrid Salary: £45,000 + Company Car or £5,550 Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits The Opportunity We are recruiting for a PFI Asset Performance Manager to join a well-established organisation managing a portfolio of healthcare PFI/LIFT assets across the North West. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced PFI/PPP, Property, Estates, Asset or Contract Management professional looking for a varied, client-facing role combining contractual performance, asset management, stakeholder engagement and operational delivery. You will work closely with healthcare stakeholders, FM providers, tenants and other partners to ensure contractual obligations are met and the portfolio continues to perform effectively throughout the concession period. The Role Managing the day-to-day performance of a specified property portfolio. Ensuring LIFT buildings are effectively maintained and contractual obligations are met. Monitoring FM contractor performance against contractual requirements, KPIs and SLAs. Ensuring compliance with contractual, operational and reporting requirements. Building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders, FM providers, tenants and other partners. Reviewing FM and contractual documentation and identifying issues requiring action. Supporting contract changes, variations and operational improvements. Assisting with operational and Board reporting, project trackers and performance information. Managing awareness and resolution of defects and day-to-day operational issues. Monitoring H&S matters and insurance claims across the estate. Undertaking property inspections across the portfolio. Supporting lifecycle planning and long-term asset management. Reviewing quotations, costs and works requirements and raising POs where required. Supporting recharge processes and resolving associated queries. Managing relationships with third-party tenants. Attending client, estate and service meetings across the North West. Supporting wider strategic projects, business planning and continuous improvement. About You We are particularly interested in candidates with experience within: PFI / PPP / LIFT Client-side or SPV environments Healthcare estates or property portfolios PFI contract or asset management FM contract performance Property / Estates Management Lifecycle and asset management Contract compliance and governance Stakeholder and partnership management Operational performance and reporting You will need excellent organisational and communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. You'll also need to be confident building effective relationships with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders, while being comfortable identifying problems and finding practical solutions. Healthcare experience would be advantageous, but strong PFI/PPP experience from other sectors will also be considered.
