Electrical Lead

Job Title: Electrical Lead Location: Helsinki / Kirkkonummi, Finland Sector: Data Centres | Mission Critical Construction Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent Salary: €115,000 - €125,000 + Accommodation + Rotation + Travel + Net Living Allowance We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Lead to join a major hyperscale data centre project in Helsinki, Finland. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of Europe's leading data centre contractors, delivering some of the continent's largest and most technically advanced mission-critical projects. Reporting to the Project Director, you will lead the electrical delivery from design through installation and commissioning, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities * Lead the delivery of all electrical works across the project lifecycle. * Coordinate electrical design activities with internal teams, consultants, and subcontractors. * Develop and manage daily and weekly work plans to maximise productivity. * Monitor installation progress, ensuring programme milestones are achieved. * Maintain the highest standards of Health & Safety and Quality across the project. * Manage labour allocation, productivity, and resource planning. * Coordinate electrical installation activities with other trades and subcontractors. * Liaise with clients, consultants, design teams, and project stakeholders. * Lead, mentor, and manage Electrical Supervisors, Foremen, and site teams. * Ensure materials, plant, equipment, and information are available to maintain project progress. * Review and approve project documentation, reports, and technical submissions. * Chair weekly coordination meetings with QA, HSEQ, BIM, and construction teams. * Produce weekly reports covering programme progress, labour forecasts, procurement, variations, incidents, and project risks. * Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans to maintain programme delivery. Requirements * Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. * Minimum 10 years' experience delivering large-scale electrical construction projects. * Previous experience leading electrical packages on commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical, or data centre projects. * Data centre or mission-critical project experience is highly desirable. * Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction sequencing, and project delivery. * Proven leadership experience managing large site teams and subcontractors. * Excellent planning, commercial awareness, communication, and organisational skills. * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders within fast-paced construction environments
