Full Job Description Machine Minder Location: Norwich Hours: 7:00am – 7:00pm or 7:00pm – 7:00am Shift Pattern: 4 Days On, 4 Days Off (Including Weekends) Potential for Full-Time: Yes – Ongoing Opportunity Clements Young Ltd is recruiting for Machine Minders on behalf of our client in Norwich. This role is ideal for candidates with previous manufacturing or machine operating experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment. Duties will include: * Operating production machinery * Carrying out machine changeovers * Monitoring machine performance * Quality checking finished products * Reporting faults * Completing production paperwork * Cleaning machinery * Following food safety and health & safety procedures What we're looking for: * Previous Machine Minder or manufacturing experience * Good mechanical aptitude * Reliable and punctual * Excellent attention to detail * Able to work independently and within a team * Positive attitude Pay: £12.71 - £13.00 per hour Working Hours: * 7:00am – 7:00pm * 7:00pm – 7:00am * 4 Days On / 4 Days Off * Includes weekends * Ongoing work Apply Today If you're a reliable driver looking for flexible ad-hoc work with the opportunity for ongoing assignments, we'd love to hear from you.
