Ecommerce Executive

We’re looking for a proactive, analytical and commercially minded Ecommerce Executive to join our fast‑paced retail team. If you’re passionate about online trading, product optimisation and delivering an exceptional digital customer experience, this role offers real scope to grow and make an impact. You’ll support day‑to‑day ecommerce operations across our website and marketplace channels, working closely with Buying, Merchandising, Marketing and Supply Chain to drive conversion, availability and online sales performance. What You’ll Be Doing * Manage product listings, content accuracy and online merchandising across key categories * Monitor daily trading performance, highlighting risks and opportunities to improve conversion * Support promotional planning, pricing updates and digital trading activity * Work closely with Buying and Supply Chain to maintain strong availability and minimise OOS * Optimise product content, imagery and SEO to improve discoverability and customer engagement * Analyse performance data using tools such as Google Analytics, marketplace dashboards and internal reporting * Support marketplace operations (Amazon, eBay, etc.) including listing updates, stock flow and performance tracking * Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, landing pages and customer journeys * Assist with new product launches, ensuring smooth onboarding and accurate online setup * Contribute to continuous improvement projects across ecommerce systems and workflows What We’re Looking For * Experience in ecommerce within a retailer or fast‑paced consumer environment * Strong analytical skills with confidence using data to drive decisions * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in product setup and content management * Understanding of conversion optimisation, trading levers and online customer behaviour * Comfortable working cross‑functionally with Buying, Merchandising, Supply Chain and Marketing * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities * Proactive, curious and commercially aware mindset * Experience with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce) or marketplaces (Amazon Seller/Vendor) is desirable What’s On Offer * Competitive salary + benefits * Opportunity to grow within a leading retail ecommerce team * Exposure to trading, analytics, marketplace management and digital optimisation * A supportive environment with strong development and progression opportunities
