We're recruiting for an experienced Commercial Hub Transformation Lead to drive procurement transformation within a major UK organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in procurement, commercial transformation, and stakeholder management, who enjoys delivering process improvements and leading change. The Role You'll lead transformation initiatives across the commercial function, improving procurement and procure-to-pay processes while working closely with senior stakeholders. You'll also manage a small team, oversee risk and change activities, and help shape best practice across commercial operations. Key Responsibilities Lead procurement and commercial transformation initiatives Drive procure-to-pay process improvements Manage risk, change, and continuous improvement activities Engage and influence senior stakeholders across the business Lead, coach, and develop a small specialist team Support supplier management, commercial governance, and contract compliance Produce reporting, performance metrics, and business insights Contribute to commercial strategy, audits, and process improvements Essential Skills & Experience Proven track record delivering procurement or procure-to-pay transformation Strong experience in change management and risk management Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Experience leading teams and driving business improvement initiatives Desirable Oracle Fusion experience Public Sector experience Active SC Clearance (preferred) Contract Details 📍 Hybrid - Reading area (up to 3 days per week onsite) 💷 £61.57 - 63.57 per hour ⏳ 12-month contract Inside IR35
