Scheme Manager – Extra Care 🏡 📍 Filton, South Gloucestershire 💰 £26,557 – £29,508 per annum 🕒 37 hours per week 📄 Permanent Do you have a passion for supporting older people to live independently? We're looking for a compassionate and proactive Scheme Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of an Extra Care scheme, helping residents feel safe, supported, and part of a thriving community. Key Responsibilities: ✔️ Manage the daily operation of the Extra Care scheme ✔️ Support residents with tenancy plans and new resident inductions ✔️ Carry out health & safety, fire safety and risk management checks ✔️ Report repairs and ensure the scheme remains safe and well maintained ✔️ Work closely with care providers and external agencies ✔️ Organise activities and encourage social inclusion within the scheme ✔️ Support resident allocations and maintain accurate records ✔️ Promote safeguarding and maintain professional boundaries at all times What We're Looking For: ✅ Experience supporting older people or vulnerable adults ✅ Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills ✅ Experience working with partner agencies and advocating for customers ✅ Understanding of safeguarding, risk management and independent living ✅ Knowledge of housing management or welfare benefits (desirable) ✅ CIH qualification (desirable) ✅ Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle is advantageous This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference every day while working as part of a supportive and people-focused team. 📩 Apply today with your CV to (url removed) or call Carol on (phone number removed) for more information. #SchemeManager #ExtraCare #SupportedHousing #HousingJobs #CareJobs #SouthGloucestershire #FiltonJobs #HiringNow
